Exchange or Refund

We understand that finding the perfect fit for your pet can be challenging. For clothing items, we allow exchanges for incorrect sizing within 14 days of purchase. If the exchange size is out of stock, we can arrange a refund or exchange for a different product of the same price. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges for toy or accessory items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in re-saleable condition and in the same condition that you received it

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in re-saleable condition and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. A proof of purchase (confirmation email) will be required.
